Georgetown Kentucky 250th Celebration
Special guest speakers and local community service initiatives gather on Georgetown College's campus for Georgeotwn Ky's 250th celebration.
Event is on Saturday, February 21st, at 1PM.


Juneteenth Gospel Explosion
Soul and Spirit of Gospel Music performs in celebration of Juneteenth, with over 12 regional praise groups and soloists. The event includes gospel recording artists, spiritual dance groups, gospel poets, a kids zone, and food and vendors. Experience the power of freedom and faith through praise and worship.


Pre-Derby Celebration
We partner with local organizations to annually host Kentucky Horse Park Derby celebrations for today's horsemen, innovators, and past historical blacksmiths and horse groomers. Events include Bluegrass Jazz Legends performance, Derby Fashion Show, Soul Train's "Boots on the Ground" perfomance, and Trail Blazers's Documentary Theatre. Past celebrations also included a documentary feature diving deep into the history of black jockeys in horse and derby racing.


Our Salute to Black Horsemen
At this derby celebration, we remember black history through Sankofa experiences, delicious food, and recounting stories and legacy of black horsemen. Historians Terry Thomas and Wallace Howard were welcomed as speakers at this event.


Black History Month Celebration & Awards
Prayer breakfast concert, awards, and special guests speakers gather annually for this special event.


Scholarship Prayer Breakfast
We partnered with Georgetown College to host this 2nd annual prayer breakfast, concert, and award celebration to raise scholarship money for local students.


MLK Fish Fry Ticket Scholarship Fundraiser
This annual MLK celebration event used historical remembrance and good food to help raise scholarship money for local students.
